I am an instinctive chef, driven by a passion for food and inspired by the traditions of the best Italian cuisine.
I would describe myself as a Parthenopean tailor; ambassador of “Italianness”.
Classical cuisine is, in fact, just like a made-to-measure suit that elegantly envelops you, belongs to you and will never go out of style.

Because for the last 15 years I have taught the values of Italian dining at tables in Asia, Africa and the United States.
Because I love to promote Italian food products of excellence: from the white truffles of Alba to the Brunello wine of Montalcino, and to share my experience of the world through Italian food & beverage, offering expert consultation and other exclusive services.
